The communication is transparent and proactive. Also, their shuttle service is quick and convenient. Not to forget to mention that their sales representatives are friendly and very clear on what they offer. They go through step by step to ensure that everything is understood. I just picked up a 2026 BMW X5 50e. The salesperson who took care of me throughout the entire process is Adam Mayaki, who I want to recognize through this review. Adam is knowledgeable, personable, patient and behaves with full transparency. He understood my profile as a client and respected my needs, which in turn made me feel valued. As a matter of fact, I want to commend the various people who I have interacted with, from Service to Parts, to Finance. No one pulled a sketchy used car salesperson tactic on me. Things were presented to me upfront, transparently, and whenever issues arose they were solved fairly quickly. This is my first BMW experience, and it has been really good. I recommend this dealership, and specifically recommend Adam should you consider the purchase of a BMW vehicle.
