Excellent customer service When I dropped my car, I spent just a couple of minutes with the customer agent at BMW Brossard to mention the principal sensations and points I was not comfortable with on my vehicle. She passed all of them on the experts and mechanics. We exchanged over the day by text, to explain to me the real problems. When I got back my vehicle the next day, it was fixed and minty. I can enjoy a stress free road trip in a secured car.
