We came to your store today (June 16) at around 2:30 pm and told the receptionist that we wanted to find a staff member who could speak Chinese. A few minutes later, a staff member who could speak Chinese came and started talking to us while standing in the lounge. All the quotes he gave us were unacceptable and his attitude was very arrogant. He also asked us why we chose such a big car and said that the price of our car would increase soon. It was speechless and made us doubt whether he was a salesman. To be honest, before coming to your store, we went to St. Julie's store and their staff received us very politely and gave us a reasonable price (lower than your quotation). We came to your store just to compare whether there was any difference in price, choose the best price, and make a deal immediately. But the attitude of your store staff made us very disappointed.
